How It Works?
Sign Up For Services
Schedule Your Initial Clean Up
After you sign up for services, a Scoopy representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.
Setup Customer Portal
After signing up for services, a Scoopy representative will get in touch to arrange your initial cleanup and walk you through every step of the process.
Attach Payment Method
Billing is processed on the 1st of each month, prior to the delivery of services. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is set up, Scoopy will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. These records will also be available in your customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.

What to Expect On Your Service Day
PROFESSIONAL POOPER SCOOPERS
On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Scoopy team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Our friendly Scoopy technicians will send you a text 60 minutes before your service begins. While you're not required to be home during the service, we kindly ask for easy access to the cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs are left in the yard. This helps us provide a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Arrival Notification
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and begin cleaning up all the doggie doo. Scoopy team members follow a specific route to reduce the chances of missing any waste. They will also walk through your yard multiple times to ensure it’s thoroughly cleaned and free of any missed dog waste.
Cleaning Your Yard
Once your yard is free of dog poop, your Scoopy technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally escape. Our team members will then sanitize all scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness, keeping a safe and healthy environment for all dogs.
Safety Procedures
Depending on your location and local regulations, your pooper scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can or take it to their service truck for disposal with Waste Management.
Pet Waste Disposal
We also offer an optional deodorizing/sanitation service! Our field techs will spray the areas affected by dog waste with a commercial grade Sanitizer/Deodorizer, leaving your yard healthy, clean, and fresh!
